About the position
At Mhosaic, an engineer is simultaneously a developer, consultant, and AI solutions optimizer. You will play a role similar to that of a startup CTO, with end-to-end responsibility on high-stakes projects. Our mission is to support you in developing skills in technology strategy, product management and business to stay at the forefront of the profession's evolution.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
- 01.Client collaboration Understand client challenges and design AI solutions tailored to their needs
- 02.Technology strategy Develop roadmaps with clients to align development with business value
- 03.Data architecture Define processes and data structures for generative AI integration
- 04.Full-Stack development Build scalable backend/frontend services and APIs (Python, TypeScript, Node.js)
- 05.AI solutions Create, evaluate and refine AI assistants and workflows with LLM orchestration
- 06.Context engineering Implement data ingestion, transformation and processing for continuous improvement
- 07.Cloud deployment Architect and deploy solutions on GCP/AWS with integrations (Make, n8n, Zapier)
What we're looking for
Ideal profile
Experience
- →3+ years of experience in full-stack software development
- →Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- →Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
- →Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB)
Technical skills
- →Proficiency with AI assistants (Cursor.ai, ChatGPT/Claude, Claude Code)
- →Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js development
- →Ability to solve complex problems and take initiative
- →Strong self-learning ability and interest in cross-functional skills
