About the position
As a Fractional CTO AI at Mhosaic, you combine deep technical expertise with the ability to influence at the executive level. You are the bridge between technological vision and business strategy — capable of designing a complex AI architecture in the morning and presenting a roadmap to the C-suite in the afternoon.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
- 01.Technical leadership Define the architecture and technical strategy of AI solutions for our clients
- 02.Executive advisory Support C-suite in their technology decisions and AI roadmap
- 03.Prototyping & technical validation Design and validate POCs rapidly to demonstrate feasibility
- 04.Business development Identify opportunities, structure offerings and close engagements
- 05.Technical mentorship Coach the engineering team and elevate overall technical standards
- 06.Research & innovation Maintain cutting-edge expertise on LLMs, AI agents and emerging tools
- 07.AI governance Advise on security, ethics and compliance issues for AI solutions
What we're looking for
Ideal profile
Technical experience
- →10+ years of experience including minimum 5 years in technical leadership role (CTO, VP Engineering, Head of AI, Principal Engineer)
- →Track record of delivering AI/ML solutions to production
- →Hands-on experience in software architecture and cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- →Proficiency with modern stacks: Python, TypeScript, ML frameworks, APIs
Business experience
- →Experience in client consulting or high-level client-facing role
- →Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- →Experience presenting to executive committees or boards
